Life
Hi!
I am now living in South Florida. My husband got a fantastic job promotion so we relocated outside of Fort Lauderdale. I am not working right now, after twenty-some years in education. I volunteer at my church and my daughter's school.
My daughter is in middle school and plays volleyball. She has absolutely no interest in cheerleading!
In my free time, I powerwalk, swim, read and sew. I don't do much horse riding down here because it is so hot!!!! Although, the humidity tends to be lower than Tidewater so that is a...Expand for more
bonus. I keep claiming to be writing a novel, but I never seem to get past a first chapter!
My parents are still on Heutte Drive. Dad is still very active - he likes to garden and keep the yard up.
My husband, daughter and I try to travel each year. I enjoy seeing different places but we tend to end up places where there are beaches. We love to jet ski! Key West remains one of our favorites (which is one reason we were excited to move to South Florida).
